Biography

Chris Bullard is a retired judge who lives in Philadelphia, PA. He is a native of Florida, and received his B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.F.A. from Wilkes University. Chris has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize for his work, most recently for Lungs, published in 2025.
